Phasing
Phase I
Renovation of existing 1,800 s.f. field building to be known as The Golden Warriors Building that will contain improved locker rooms, upgraded public bathrooms, and an improved exterior appearance with new signage and siding materials. The goal is to complete this work during Summer 2005.
Phase II
Construction of new 1,750 s.f. concession building adjacent to the Golden Warriors Building that will contain expanded public bathrooms that are handicap-accessible, a new concession area, a new coach's room for team meetings and film review, a locked storage room, and golf cart storage. If we can get the permits in time, we would like to complete this work during Summer or Fall 2005. All work will be completed with volunteer labor. Any required monies will be for materials and administration costs and are being raised privately.
